B. Pronunciation
If the past of BE is not particularly difficult, be careful not to confuse the pronunciation of two words which have similar, but different pronunciations: WERE and WHERE (click on the words to check the pronunciation).
Remember that 'where' rhymes with 'hair' and that 'were' rhymes with 'her'. Try practising until it becomes automatic.
